I read what Chris was about… and something resonated with me. Healthy habits, dealing with mental health and becoming the best version of yourself are things I’d let slip in the last few years. Chris is very open about his battles & experiences in life. I suffer from anxiety and have had depression in the past. Exercise and routine were significant factors in managing this.
Having split from my husband in July 2020 & more recently watching my mum fight and unfortunately lost her battle with leukaemia, I knew I had to up my game and get a little extra help.
Within the last 15 weeks, Chris has helped me develop healthy habits better understanding of nutrition & training, and my mental & physical strength has increased. However, holding myself accountable & learning that non-scale victories are just as important. My obsession with the scales has gone through Chris’ education. I’m now at a stage where my relationship with carbs is enjoyable.
I’ve had nothing but compliments since starting with Chris. I’ve had my glow and confidence back, becoming happier within myself and being the best version for my sons and family. I’ve lost inches and gone down a couple of dress sizes. Chris has proved that I’m stronger than I thought I was.
I cannot thank Chris enough. The amount of effort he puts into his clients and personal development is insane. As I said before, he’s been a massive support to me. Words of encouragement you know are genuine and not just what you want to hear, but…he’s always ready to keep you in check if he thinks you’re slipping.
